Thanks to our ancestors who had overcome all kinds of obstacles to cultivate our land. With the developments from generation to generation, nowadays we’re able to reach this grand scale. It is a place with beautiful landscape, ancient cultural heritage and overwhelming arts of wood sculpture. It earned its name “city of the fog” because it is always covered with heavy fog in the winter. Some people also call it “city of arts”. 

E-government is one of the priorities of our government, and Internet plays a very important role in it. In order to step forward and expand our vision internationally, the task to make Sanyi Global Network as a public resource is getting even more important.
